At this stage if you manage to guide your kids at good level then you are almost done with 70% of your duty to make them a responsible & organized person. During the first 7 years you will focus on the subject “discipline” in their life.

Make a clear & timetable for your kids, the time for eating, playing, Studying, TV, Sleeping & waking is essential to organize your kids. Making this habit for your kids at early stages is very desirable because it is somehow difficult to organize the kids after the age of 4 years. Similarly appreciate & reward them for their good habits & punishment for the bad habits. Always participate in their discussion & try to make them discuss topics related to their studies. Table manners. teach your kids.

April 29th, 2009

I know some kids are naughty by nature & always need proper guidance to make them a responsible citizen. While dinning in your home or out at some restaurant or in a party you need to teach your kids the table manners. You should teach your kids about the following table manners. While dinning always eat the meal slowly while keeping in mind that the food is prepared exclusively for you, so you should enjoy it slowly & peacefully. Chew the food with your mouth closed. Done act like a greedy dog here. Don’t talk while you have your mouth full with food.

If you don’t like the food, take it pleasantly don’t ever say offensive comments about the cook/food or the restaurant it may hurt someone. Similarly if you are eating somewhere as a guest, tell your kids not forget to say your thanks to the host & admire their generosity by appreciating their tasty the food was, even if it wasn’t.

Teach your kids about sitting manners as well. For example it is acceptable to put elbows on the table if food is not served on it. But once food is served & you start eating they are only allowed to rest the forearms on the table. You should realize your kids that others always judge them with their behavior.

Social responsibility, Try to be the best at all.

December 2nd, 2008

The world is like a stage and we are all the players of this in this stage, it has its entrance & exists, yes! I am not talking about one of the famous Shakespeare poem but referring to the responsibility associated with us while living a traditional social setup.

While looking at the current scenario it is hard to find a person who fulfills their responsibility when it came to relationships. These days we make relationships according to our needs & thus the society is like an empty shell where it is difficult to find honest & pure heart. The intention of this post is to recall our responsibilities & try to fulfill it at our best level for being a father, a brother, a son, a husband, a friend & a citizen of a country.
